Kat is a global transformation strategist and speaker with a background in strategic technology sales and organizational change. Her career has spanned managed services, agile and modernization transformations, and enterprise-scale initiatives that bridged technology, business, and product functions.
She has led organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures—helping them realign structure, culture, and leadership for the next stage of growth. As founder of Alignment Foundry and Self-Management USA, Kat now helps founders and executive teams design organizations built for adaptability, shared stewardship, and lasting alignment.

Dom DiChiara, MBA, is a transformation strategist and organizational designer with a background spanning business analysis, enterprise consulting, and Lean-Agile delivery. His work connects strategy to execution by helping leaders design value streams, cross-functional operating models, and change systems that drive measurable outcomes and world-class products and services.
Dom has led large-scale transformation initiatives across healthcare, finance, and technology by creating a shared vision and aligning teams, tools, and structures around shared purpose and flow of value. Recognized for his ability to lead without authority and bridge strategy with human systems, he brings both analytical rigor and empathetic leadership to complex change.
As co-founder of Alignment Foundry and Self-Management USA, Dom continues to help organizations evolve how they work by cultivating adaptability, autonomy, and alignment at every level.
Dom lives in the Charlotte area with his wife, two children, and his fur family. He enjoys escape rooms, logic puzzles, and volunteering as a Scout Leader.
